1. What is Volge? |
| Volge is a social networking site that revolves around music. The focus of Volge is to connect artists and music lovers. Artists on Volge can create a profile and open their music up to a global audience while music lovers can discover a new world of music, connecting with bands they would normally never have heard. |

2. How much does membership cost? |
| Volge is and always will be free for both artists and fans. |

3. Can I download music on Volge? |
| No. Volge is still young and is always changing, we are working hard implementing new features every day. In the future, as Volge evolves, artists will be able to choose what music can be downloaded and what music cannot. |

4. How do I cancel my account? |
| Currently the only means to cancel an account is to contact us directly and request cancellation. Cancelling an account through the site is a feature that will soon be available. |

5. How do I become an Artist? |
| First select 'My Volge' from the top of the page. Then clicking the link in the 'My Music' box on the left will load the artist registration page. By choosing an artist name, alias and genre, you can instantly become an artist! |

6. How do I become a Fan? |
| Before becoming a fan, you must first navigate to a band's page. Once there, clicking the heart icon below the band's picture will prompt you to become a fan. |

7. How do I listen to music? |
| All over the site, you will find blue play buttons you can click to play music. To play videos, simply click on the video snapshot or title to play it. |

8. How do I add music to my playlist? |
| Where ever you see music you will see a plus icon with it. This plus button will enable you to add music to an existing playlist. |

9. How do I search for Artists, Music, Concerts, Videos, and Fans? |
| At the top of the site there is a search box that can be used to search within the current section of the site you are in. Using it while on an artist page will search other artists, searching while viewing a music album will search music, and so on. Once you perform a search, your results will be displayed in the advanced search page, where you can change the section you search along with many other search criteria. |

10. How do I become a featured artist? |
| If you would like to be considered for a featured artist, simply drop us an email with a link to your band's page. From there, we will consider your band against many others when we update the featured artists. |

11. How do I set a song to auto play on my artist page? |
| In 'My Volge', click 'Manage Bands' from the 'My Music' box on the left. Navigate to the band you want to set autoplay for and check the box marked 'Autoplay?'. Next to check box is a drop down for selecting which song you wish to autoplay. |

12. How come I can't find my artist profile by searching? |
| An artist or band will not be found via searching unless they have uploaded at least one song, audio or video. The reason for this is we don't want fans to be overwhelmed with artists who are not sharing any of their music. |
